The M25 London orbital motorway is a ten-minute drive away (Junction 7), providing connections to the national road and motorway network. Upon Arrival at Gatwick Airport
DUE TO MODERNISATION AT GATWICK THERE MAY BE CHANGES TO THE MEETING POINTS AT SHORT NOTICE BUT WE WILL TRY TO KEEP THE SITE UPDATED AS THIS HAPPENS OR INFORM YOU ON THE DAY South Terminal Departures 1. Follow the road off the roundabout staying in the left hand lane (this is usually the busiest) and at the bottom bear right. 2. You will pass car rentals on your left hand side. 3. Then drive through two sets of pedestrian crossings and park-up either on the left or the right where your will see the passenger drop off signs. North Terminal Departures Due to modernisation we will now meet you at the passenger drop off point between the soffitel hotel and the car park sign posted passenger drop off. please go to the far end Please ensure you leave your car with enough fuel to cover a distance of roughly 50 miles. Failure to do so will result in a fuel Charge of £10 Minimum if we have to put fuel into the vehicle and recovery costs if on the journey to and from our secure compound. We can also arrange your Easy Parking from your chosen hotel if required. On return in order to reduce your waiting time, please call 07532 031590 as soon as you arrive back in the UK. It is advised that you do this before passport control (if you want to be discreet you can text us a message whilst you are in the queue). You will then be asked to call us a second time once you have collected all your luggage and are through customs and on the concourse inside the terminal. After this second phone call your vehicle will be returned to your where you dropped your vehicle off. AT THE NORTH TERMINAL THIS WILL BE COME OUT ON THE GROUND FLOOR AND PROCEED THROUGH THE CAR PARK TO THE NEW DROP OFF AREA THIS WILL BE A NEW LIMITED WAITING TIME AREA SO PLEASE TRY TO BE AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE. To assist Easy Parking in providing a prompt and efficient service please provide us with your return flight time of landing and not what time you would like your vehicle returned to you. All our drivers will identify themselves to you Please do not leave your car unattended or with any personnel other than Easy Parkings as this may result in the vehicle being towed away or worse stolen.
